Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards for Hindi language instruction. Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and promote linguistic proficiency.
- Classroom Instruction: Deliver high-quality Hindi language instruction to students, fostering their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. - Assessments and Progress Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students’ understanding of Hindi language concepts, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback. Adjust instructional strategies and interventions based on individual student needs to ensure academic growth.
- Classroom Management: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes mutual respect, student engagement, and discipline. Implement effective classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning atmosphere where students feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.
- Cultural Enrichment: Foster an appreciation for Hindi language and culture among students. Integrate cultural aspects, literature, and traditions into the curriculum to broaden students’ understanding and promote cultural diversity.
- Parent Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience.
