Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction.
- Greet customers and present menu, answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Issue bills and accept payment.
- Participate in preparing the dining area and kitchen for the next shift.

Qualifications:
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
- Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.

- High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- Good physical endurance to manage long hours on feet.
